首先，一组词汇是 “打破”，分别是break, crack, crush, demolish, destroy, shatter以及smash.

break是最一般的用语，意思是经打击或施加压力而破碎。

Eg :

随着年龄的增长，头发会逐渐脱落，变细，易于折断。
