【高考英语】beat和 win区别
beat和win区别：二者作"赢"、"战胜"讲时，其区别主要在于宾语的不同。
1、充当win的宾语的是比赛、战争、奖品、金钱等名词，即race，match，game，competition，war，prize之类的词；表示在某项活动或比赛中获胜。例如：Who won the game?
2、充当beat的宾语的则是比赛、竞争的对手，即指人或球队的名词或代词。例如Our class beat Class One in the table tennis match yesterday.

beat的例句：
1.The rain beat against the windows.雨点击打着窗户。
2.Then they actually beat her up as well.然后他们事实上也毒打了她一顿。
3.He beat the rugs and polished the silver.他拍打了地毯，擦亮了银器。
4.They beat the Giants by a score of 7 to 3.他们以7比3战胜了巨人队。
